APPROVAL REQUEST TO THE ARCHITECTURAL  CONTROL COMMITTEE (ACC)
Approval must be granted before beginning your project.

This writable form is to be used to make requests for changes or additions to your home or property including, by way of example only, and not by way of limitation, the following: painting, fencing, roofing, major landscaping (such as retaining walls, rocking, or mulching), stuccoing, additions, and sheds.  You may also send drawings separately to ACC@SunsetMesaHOA.com.  Please refer to your property’s filing for the applicable covenants.  The ACC may require input from your neighbors before approving your request.

ACC approval is limited to aesthetic changes only. The homeowners are responsible for engineering, drainage, quality of workmanship, and any damages caused thereby.
